IntCH Brush Dale's Xcellent Adventure (Maverick) was whelped at Brush Dale on 04/01/2018 as part of the X Litter. Maverick's sire is IntCH/NatCH Vulcan Eben-Ezer (Bandit) and his dam is IntCH Brush Dale's Brown-Eyed Girl (Tess). Maverick is owned by Adam & Stephanie Fuller of Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
Maverick is a superb hunting companion and family dog. He weighs 50 pounds and is always kept in peak hunting condition. He has grown up hunting wild pheasants on public land. During the season we get out every weekend to hunt. He hunts close and rarely ranges out too far. Maverick has an intense prey drive. He covers lots of ground efficiently finding the birds. Each season, we both learn and grow. Maverick hunts well with other dogs. Although most of our hunting doesn't involve water, Maverick loves to swim any chance he gets.
When we are not hunting or training, Maverick enjoys lounging in the house or playing outside. Over the years, we have found that he has an affinity for hand lotion. If you put lotion on your hands, Maverick will either lick the air or your hand. It doesn't matter which brand you use. He loves them all!
Maverick is a handsome dog. He has a soft, dense roan coat. He has a good looking head with a muscular build. Whenever in public, he always gets compliments on his appearance. At his confirmation test, he earned five V-1 ratings, and holds an international title.
